Zenith Yields ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our Investor Assessment, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws.

Information we collect

  • Your answers to the assessment questions and the resulting investor profile.
  • Contact details you choose to share: first name, last name, email, phone number and province.
  • Technical information: device type, browser, referring page, landing page and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click IDs).

Why we use it

  • To show you a personalized investor profile.
  • To contact you about your results and related services, when you give your consent.
  • To measure and improve our assessment and our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising pixels

With your permission, we use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and, where enabled, Google tags, to measure the performance of our ads. If you decline cookies, we do not load these tools and we do not share your activity with Meta. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, spreadsheets, advertising measurement), under agreements that protect it. Some providers may store data outside Canada.

Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable safeguards.

Your rights
